Collectively, the team brings deep expertise in driving the strategic direction and rollout for companies and brands across industries, including retail and franchising models.

Brendan Leonard has been appointed Chief Executive Officer at INQUE. Most recently, Brendan was President of Health Enterprises, a privately-owned supplier of innovative consumer health products which was sold to a private equity portfolio on the heels of four consecutive years of record revenue. In addition to their domestic success, international distribution represented an important growth area as evidenced by their receiving the “E” Award for Excellence in Exporting, for which Brendan was invited to the Oval Office to meet The President.
Prior to his success at Health Enterprises, Brendan helped build AmeriFEE’s Vision Fee Plan into the number-one patient financing brand for LASIK procedures. That company was thereafter sold to Capital One Financial. Before AmeriFEE, he led $50MM – $100MM-plus brands at Hasbro and Samsonite.
Larry Strain has been appointed as Chief Development Officer at INQUE. He has spent his career steering retail expansions for high-profile companies including McDonald’s, Starbucks Coffee, Dunkin’ Brands and Global Partners.
Prior to joining INQUE, Larry served as SVP of Real Estate and Development at Global Partners, LP, where he directed store design, real estate, construction and market planning for the Fortune 200 company. Previously, Larry was recruited by McDonald’s USA, LLC to accelerate growth and profitability for new store development for seven territories in the Southeast region.
From 2008 through 2011, Larry joined Dunkin’ Brands to help the company and its franchisees grow into new markets, and oversaw the development of more than 350 self-serve store units with the company. Prior to Dunkin’, Larry held multiple roles within Starbucks Coffee, where he drove significant growth and profitability in multiple business units.
Having spent the past 25 years in disruptive, high-growth technology endeavors, Mike Serafino joins INQUE as Chief Experience Officer. He has held a wide variety of roles across a number of industries, driving revenue and operations. Mike’s formative years were in B2B technology sales, where he was a top rep for well-known technology leaders like BMC Software and Quest Software.
Shifting to tech-enabled consumer services, Mike joined Zipcar in 2009 to lead a disruptive mobility platform called FastFleet by Zipcar. He soon absorbed several high-growth units, including Zipcar University and Zipcar for Business, leading a team of more than 40 and a P&L of $50MM. Mike was also part of the Zipcar/Avis M&A integration team and led market expansion initiatives. Mike left Zipcar in 2014 to bring his expertise as a consultant to several early stage disruptive platform companies in healthcare, utilities and education.
Set for full commercial launch in Q3 of 2019, this breakthrough technology will roll out through a national network of store locations.
